Internet Connection Budget Friendly

Hi..As I have school going children''s here I am planning to install CCTV cam on our hall. I am using cable TV as now so I deciding to withdraw cable connection and to use TV box also for Indian channels . So for this I have currently 4G networks 2 sims with Oorodoo Ana Offers. In Abbassiya Its now worst to get proper signals using 4G sims.. Since 1 years watching movies through TV box through this 4G its very worst experience. People says shift to 5G is the only one solution. So Which is the best connection for 5G..?? I am thinking to take a 5G sim and to buy a 5G phone and always to keep in my home with wifi hotspot on ...So kids can use this mobile to call us and to getting CCTV too activated. .. Or its better buy with any Router package.?? If its router we need another 4G sim and an additional mobile phone also activated/. Please anyone please suggest which is better economically.
