Mutual Fund - CRS Email

Friends,
I am in receipt of the below email from Kotak, Parag Parikh & HSBC mutual funds. I been investing for the last 10 years and this is first time I got such email.
Is it common?
Any body else got such email?
Is there anything which I need to do?
Please advise.
