Qualification & Skills Required:

- Bachelor's or Master degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Additional certification in HR is a plus.

Experience:

- 5-10 years of professional experience in handling all areas of Human Resources department which includes recruitment, staffing, payroll, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
- Excellent expertise in handling Oracle HRMS.
- Excellent knowledge on the Kuwait Labor Law.
- Excellent in handling monthly payroll, leave calculations and indemnity in coordination with Banks.

Languages:
. Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
. Basic Arabic communication skills.
