HI !

i need a advice. i came in kuwait in 2014 in Mazra visa that time it was transfferable to any other catogery, Then i joine one of production company the first two aqamas the have transferred to company / sharikah aqma then due to some internal problem they start putting aqama into factory / masna. Now my aqma is masna and i am graduatee in Bcom bachlor degree from mumbai university. if i want to release should i must go to any factory or i can get release on other catogory visa. please advice .

They check the first visa that you entered the country on. Since you entered on factory visa, your visa can only be transferred to another factory, irrespective of the degree, salary or designation. I faced a similar situation.
