wait some more time. government will come with revisions of this regulations, like in all cases. Aadhar card and sim linking started last year with so many regulations and finally ended up doing online or IVR. i have seen lot pensioners and old people waiting at BSNL offices to do the linking (fearing their phone numbers will be suspended) and most of their finger prints are not readable by the very gr8 finger print readers BSNL had.

Many/too many/large number of Indian people keep saying "the system should change". They blame system for everything, little realizing we are the system. You, me and everyone else complete the system. Now when there are baby steps being taken, in an attempt to plug the loopholes and improve the "system", we complain about that too.
Please don't forget we are a nation of 1.35billion/7.6billion that is 17.7% of the world population. It is not an easy task to bring about changes and reforms. There are bound to be difficulties, lapses and problems which nobody would expect (Demonetization).
Consider this: 1) Do you recollect how much time did Kuwait take to replace running old currency with the current new? Imagine India doing the same (without demonetization and it's intended debatable purpose), just how long would it take? 2) Did you know when Hosni Mubarak was thrown out and elections were to happen in Egypt, they were mulling approaching India on the know-how to conduct elections, because we are the only nation and the largest democracy out there which conducts elections smoothly for such a huge population.
Political differences and difference in points of view with the government are fine, but don't run down reforms which are for the greater good of Indians. Imagine the good things about this linking, crime and mischief of all kinds will take a hit, be it harassment, prank calls, frauds and anti national activities etc.

The aadhar card was opposed tooth and nail 4 years back. 1. Demonetization was a disaster, Kuwait did a wonderful job with the change of currency. 2. Did india provide advice to Egypt? The country is now a failed state. Even now tracking prank calls and harassment is a piece of cake. Why aadhar ?

Why do some people use flimsy and specious arguments to justify the blunders and disastrous actions of the present ruling Government in India?
If the Government has to take baby steps why not take them towards more pressing and acute problems like alleviating poverty, eradicating illiteracy, providing shelter and basic health care to all? Is Aadhaar card the priority now? Are promoting digital transactions of utmost importance where there are millions who do not get one square meal a day? How will aadhaar help such people? As the Supreme Court recently asked the UP Government: "How will you provide aadhaar registration to people who don't even have a home?".
I am sickened to see people still supporting demonetization despite clear and compelling evidence that it has ruined livelihoods, resulted in loss of lives and disrupted our economy.

LOL at me abusing the Hindu religion. I have never abused any religion in any post. I have spoken against Hindutva which is not the same as the religion although these brain addled Hindutvans think so. I guess the facts I am ramming down their throats are beginning to hurt. And now he wants IIK forum to take action against me. If they do they should take action against these Hindutvans too for these followers of the Government thrive on hatred, communalism and abuse.

@ Observer @ indian Your observations and ideology is fine. Everybody expects better system and facilities. But the measures taken to change the system is absurd or irrational. As you said we are 1.35 billion people, dont we have good scholor and economist to research and advise how to bring better system in system??? This govt. takes decision without any research and plan. Best example is Demonetization... Govt. Should have arranged additional centres for collection of old currency and better provisions to deposit them. And for NRI's govt. is least bothered. They kept only our famous centres RBI as deposit centres. Last year in Jan I deposited 13000Rs old notes at RBI mumbai all the way from Mangalore and wasting my two days of vacation and till date that money is not deposited to my account. Now Mr. Observer tell me what made your system work well. Firstly people should elect party who are well educated and have expertise politicians. Not an emotional leaders. Check yourself, all these major industries n companies how they are managed??? Its managed by well educated and qualified people.
So let our country men enlighten thier mind before its too late.
