I was working in a ministry for almost 15 years on a project visa 18 from company A
now the ministry contract have gone to another company B .
the ministry wants me so I got a release from company A and company B says I need to pay 300KD .
I am in the same place and same ministry

when I inquired they told me that it normally happens when one comes on a project visa to Kuwait the first time or takes his first job on a project visa

I have come to kuwait on a normal company visa 18 and after 2 years I joined the ministry and my visa became visa 18 but a project.

The company says they cannot help cause my name is there in Public authority of manpower and they gave me the receipt of the 300KD which they payed

I heard same thing if you change from rig co. residence 18 to normal co. residence 18 ,you have to pay 300kd.
