posted by PSR on Sunday, December 23, 2018
Hello,
I am working in a company since 9 yrs,hired from india,open contract,
now i would like to leave from company,
Once i submit my resignation i don't want to spend 3 months notice period with them to avoid harassments, embarrassments and maltreatment which usually company did with previous staff,
1.Is it possible that if i approach shoun for immediate transfer?
2. If i am ready to compensate my 3 months notice period salary with the company, am i eligible to get the release if the law permits,
3.If the company denies for immediate transfer is there any solution to avoid 3 months notice period legally,,,,
Experts please advice me,,,,,
Thanks,,,,

If you don't have a University degree 1. NO 2. Yes (but final decision to take money by company) 3. NO
if you don't have degree, 3 years must (as you was hired from India) also company can file case against you if you resign less than 1 year. Bcoz they have invested a lot to hire you. These type of case has been happened in our company.
