Less Salary written on Eznamel

Dear All,
Please help me on the below issue
I recently received a KWD 150 increase in salary (after 4 years of working), thus increasing my salary from KWD 500 to KWD 650. But, my company refused to reflect the increased salary of KWD 650 on my Eznamel, saying that as per the Shoon they can only increase my salary on my Eznamel by KWD 50 when they are renewing my iqama i.e. my salary on Eznamel is KWD 550 only. Due to this issue, i cannot apply for driving license. Has anybody gone through the same issue? Please share your experience.

It is true that shoon will allow only KD 50 increase (till driving license salary requirement i.e. KD 600). While this may look unfair, they are doing it to prevent people from showing inflated salary in the work permit to claim license eligibility.
I think if your company Mandoob is good he can convince them to increase KD 50 per year based on your last work permit. For example, if it was 2 years back, then they are increase KD 100 this year (KD 50 per year). Else, ask the company to apply work permit for only 1 Year with salary KD 550. Next year, you can reach KD 600.
