Steps to register on Meta for biometric appointment

MOI has declared a 3 month deadline ending on June 1, 2024 to undergo biometric fingerprinting after which all MOI transactions will be suspended. Appointment booking can be done either on Sahel app or on the Meta Website. However the Sahel app is only available in Arabic so I have listed down the process through the website.
To book appointment on Meta website:
1. Visit Meta website https://meta.e.gov.kw/En/
2. Register or Login to your account. To register click on Register icon on top right corner of the page.
3. Once logged in, click on Appointments Search on the left side of the page
4. Scroll down and click on Ministry of Interior Service Categories button
5. Then click the Services button under General Department Of Personnel Identification
6. Scroll down to the last option Biometric Enrollment and click on the Apply button
7. Then select the location most convenient to you and click on the Apply button
8. Then select the available date and slot
9. You must carry your original Civil ID
10. Google map links are available next to each ministry location
11. List of locations are as below:
