Dears,
I was having a lower back pain for past 6 months. I have checked for kidney stones and appendicitis. As well as i have consulted a Orthopedic surgeon. Went through numerous tests and no issues were reported.
But i was still having this lower backpain.
Please advise me what i should i do as the next step? is any body knows of a good neurologist?
thanks in advance,

Pain is due to your long hours of sitting on the chair during work so no movement of lower back. Go to google and type "excersise for lower back pain" then go to your nearest garden in the evening, walk and do those excersise. I did the same and my back pain finished in three days.
