Leave Salary Calculation

Dear Friends

I want to take Vacation on 24 April 2017 for 30 days.i resume my work from last vacation on 11 June 2016 and i have completed 10 months only.i want to know am i eligible to receive any leave salary or i should complete 1 year, because last time when i travel they did not pay me anything. if i should receive any leave salary how much and how to calculate.

Yes, you are eligible. There is no rule which states that you need to complete one year from your last leave. You are eligible for 1 month after you complete 11 months. For less than 11 months, you will get according to the days completed.
