Need genuine advice

Dear friends,
Need advice from experienced people who recently transferred there residence from old company to new company. What is the transfer procedure? It can be finished within one week or it will take more time? My problem is my temporary residence will finish on 26th of this month my new company just started typing the application. Then I think I have to submit this application to my old company for release, not sure. Please can anybody advice…
