Please let me know, how many days restriction for issue a Visit visa after cancelling the present dependent visa. My daughter's dependent visa will expire on 7th April. Now she is in India. I am not planning to renew that visa. But I need to bring her for few days after mid of April. The present visa will cancel automatically on 7th April. Can I apply for a visit visa on April 10th ? Anybody have experience?

You can apply 1 day after expiration of old visa
