Please answer me

Hi all my friend( indian ) he is a technician n he harm one Kuwaiti lightly injured but that Kuwaiti given police complaint on my friend he went to policestation n he explained that the kuwaiti irritated while he is doing work so he got irritated n finally it happens (injured) like that he explained strongly ...somehow the police believe what he said n return the civil Id n said not to go India until the case clear so guys please help what is the next thing he suppose to do its a minor mistake but they did too much n that kuwaiti will never accept his reason n he will not take back the case if anyone know how to handle this please reply by your suggestions because my friend he depressed psychologically...how long the case continue how long it will take please tell us how escape fast what is the next step of police man but my friend mistake also there little bit... He works in my company but my company seems doesn't support him..Please If any Indian read my message plz let me know so that I can support him because I don't know anything m just a employee
