Friends, this is to notify you all about my experience with STD Cargo Farwaniya. An air cargo was sent in the 1st week of May and it still hasn't been delivered to Kerala, India. Such an irresponsible bunch of people ... they take your goods, demand their full money and then act as though the customer made a mistake. Yes, we made the mistake of sending the goods through their cargo service. Sad to note that indians torment their own brothers. They refuse to give you any further details about your own goods - its location, whereabouts ... they harass you in their talk, don't answer your calls, scream at the customer through the phone .... what nonsense !!! I'm sure many others on this forum are facing the same issue and have no clue about what to do ... The reason to post this out here is so as to warn my fellow brothers & sisters not to use STD Cargo Farwaniya. They are totally crap !!! You'l have to repent later ....

I had sent household goods to India in May 2017 through STD Cargo, Farwaniyah, Kuwait and even after about six months has not delivered the goods to my address. Goods were sent on three different dates in May. These included all our clothes (including woolen), oil heater , foot massager (Braun), utensils, bedcover, bed sheets, microwave oven (Sharp) etc. Even after following up with Mr. Ilyas (not sure if this is true name, phone number 50445669) number of times, we have not received our stuff. Now I don't know what to do ...he doesn't answer his mobile anymore ...

Please take it up with consumer protection department, next to farwaniyah police station and also file complaint with police for fraud.

Why are you sending goods every week, when your first pack was not delivered ?
I strongly suggest you stop sending now.
If you are not convinced , you can try sending few more times.
But it is better to stop sending.
But it is always advisable to keep sending until you satisfied.

Is it possible to go to the consumer protection and the police station without knowing the arabic language ?? I don't know to speak in Arabic and hence hesitant to go to these places ...

This post is from a frustrated person who lost his cargo and trying to bring the notice in social media - that is the only revenge he can take for this person. let him post in all media. we should support him.

@ Amit Thomas: I have read the post of IIK User - but I don't find any language or intention of revenge in it. He is just raising public awareness. this same could happen to you, it could happen to me too. so, its Ok if you can't help a person, but try not to make fun of them. I don't think the cargo is lost, it must be just stuck somewhere for some financial or other reasons.

IIK User - don't be hesitant. I went without Arabic speaker. Get your complaint translated in Arabic in detail and attach photo copy of the invoices and submit them.

Dear All where is the consumer department in farwaniya just wanted to know I was facing the same problem someone told me to complain in consumer department which is located in Sharq near cooperative society it is the same in farwaniya please do let me know,
