Hi dear,
What have you been doing in exercise? that depends?
Secondly if you are lady is this weight post pregnancy?
Patience while exercising is must..
I lost 7kgs post pregancy in 5months, I yet feel glade as its all natural without diet or pills.
Its just coz of hardwork

google paleo diet and understand the basics. if you are a non vegetarian its more easy to follow. but, at-least do some basic blood test before u start the paleo diet to know your current issues rather than get scared later and blame the diet. Also if you want, you may join the Facebook group 'paleo in middle east' . its a free group and members can help you to understand fundamentals. Note: i understood and convinced with the fundamentals and strictly following the diet. i lost 10 kgs in 90 days.

Stop eating anything with refined sugars and cut down your carbohydrate intake as far as possible. Cardio work like running / jogging for 20-25 mins every alternate should be enough.
