Hi,
Couple of days back I made health card for my kid studying in SIS, Bhavans. We live in Khaitan. It was done in Ishbiliya, hope its same for Jleeb residents. You have to original and copies of vaccination card Civil ID of sponsor & kid Birth certificate (Arabic) 2 photos Keep passport in case if they ask (may not). Go to school health card section (near to parking area). Take immediate right turn after entering and you will find this section. Go to reception first and then they will direct you to three different rooms. (5, 2, 1 if I remember correctly). I think they function during evening hours 5-7 on Sunday and Wednesday.
Good luck

My child was born in India. So, we do not have a Birth Certificate in Arabic.
What can be done? I don't even have Birth Certificate attested by the Indian embassy.
I only have one birth certificate cum immunization card from the hospital from India.
I am in mess.
Please, someone help.

Hi SI, My child also born in India. I made Arabic translation (not attested anywhere). I kept this and a photocopy, gave photocopy to the receptionist. She accepted. I think it works, try it out. I just kept original Indian birth certificate and copy for the sake of it. They didn't ask for it of course. Regarding vaccination card, was it all done in India? because in my case only till 3 months it was done in India and later I made vaccination card in Kuwait. If it was all done in India just take it with a copy and explain to the lady at reception. Give her the copy. Those who make vaccination entries there are nurses from our country and I am sure they know how to deal with it. Don't worry just got with all what you have. Good luck.
And for school admission, parents and kids passport, CID and copies are required. And I think they may ask for birth certificate copy (Indian one will work).
Regards

Many Thanks SN. May The Almighty reward you for your kind help.
Yesterday evening I went to the clinic and we got the Health Card alhumdulilah.
I did not do Arabic translation for the birth certificate and they accepted all documents provided by me.
I had not given 3.5 years vaccination to my child yet. so that they have mentioned in the health card.
Now I will take this card to the school and see what they say.
Keep up the good work!!
We all need each others help...
