Indemnity

I would like to know the eligibility of getting indemnity .
I resigned from the current company today and my last working day will be 28th February 2019. I joined in this company on 1st Feb 2016, means I will be served 3 year and one month which is eligible for indemnity in my understanding
So the question whether the indemnity is calculating based on my last working day or resignation day .
Pls advise

It should be calculated based on the last working day according to the law. But if your HR are thieves maybe they will interpret it in another way.
