Academic Attestation Issue

Dear All,

My wife Diploma in Nursing certificate was attested in India 5 years back and now when the agency (CHOICE TRANSLATION) submitted in Foreign Affair to get attestation in Arabic version they are saying its fake stamp . All the attestation was done from the same agency from India whom we has been authorized to come to kuwait and work. Certificate is very must genuine & original.
Need to know what are the issues we face and what is the solution.

Residency is getting expired by 1-July-2019. Need to sort it out any suggestion asap need.
