Residence Cancellation

Hi Friends,

One of my friend unable to renew his visa due to some problem for more than a year now. He tried in many ways but all in vain.The exact problem was he dont have driving license. Due to some emergency for his friend he drove his car and got caught by police. there he made a blunder. instead of explaining the situation, he lied to police that he kept his driving license at home. So they asked him to give details of his Civil ID and to handover the car. From there the problem starts... he tried all possible ways to renew his license. but no way... So now he decided to cancel his residence by the company and go back India...my question is that possible? will he get any problem to cancel his visa? can he flew back India without any problem? he has already lost all his earnings paying here and there to solve problem....he dont have single penny now.... infact we friends are helping for his airticket and other expenses to send him back.

Please advise me the procedure how to send him to India....
