Please suggest me What can I do on Verbal Termination

The manager of my company told me on the last week of November that my service is terminated and this is the last month. But when I ask him to give me a termination letter, first he try to avoid when I keep asking again and again, he told OK I will ask to HR for that. On December 5th secretary of the company told me not to come office from tomorrow. I ask about my termination letter to the manager, he told when it is ready I will call you. On December 14 he whatsapp me to collect the termination letter which I found termination effect from 1st September 2016 and last working date is 30-11-2016. I did not accept that and ask to give me my termination effect from December 2016.
I joined this company from February 2016, but transfer my residence on June 2016. And it will finish on June 2017. What can I do to get my right? Looking for genuine advice

You can go legally by making a complaint at the shoun.. first of all to accept the termination, u should have signed a letter ,which will have the reason for termination and the details of the notice period.. If you did not sign that, maybe ur manager is doing this out of personal hate towards you..

By proceeding legally, u will have to spend some money and so much time.. Better u start finding another job !

make sure to let us know which company is this and which freaking manager. Such dickheads should be humiliated.

But I want to know what is the labor law in Kuwait about the termination and resignation terms and conditions. The company is holding my passport too, what more can the company do to an employee in this situation. What a helpless employee like me can do.

Let others know the company name as well. Make people aware too of this company.

Nowadays companies in Kuwait are acting tooo smart hiring, terminating taking people's curse on them.

Do they think they will be successful in their business if they trouble others.

Their number will also come, some how.

1. The above replies not by me, Admin is requestd to block this perosn for impersonation.

2. Complain at shoun, embassy and trade union. Company cannot do anything against you.

3. Article 32 onwards

@Jolly Roger- The other person has probably given a better reply than you.
Didn't you note that his name is Joly Roger. If you can't sport the difference, I have no comments.
Impersonation! While it is allowed in this forum to put whatever name one wants and the names are not registered, how is it (even if he/ she had put the name as Jolly Roger) an impersonation?
