Umrah leave

Dear IIK,
According to Kuwait Labor law I heard if we are taken leave for UMRAH(10 Days) the company have right to mark absence?

In my previous experience the company doesnot count these days of absent and put eligible to receive all the monthly salary of the day which I took the absence.

Can you give the correct information with the link of the mentioned Labor law.
