Part time job , Annual Leave and Indemnity

I have 3 questions to clarify. You may email to [email protected]
1. Is a part time employee entitled to indemnity as per Kuwait pvt. sector labour law.?
2. As per law, an employee can carry forward annual leave up to 60 days. If an employee resigns, and if he has more than 60 days of leave balance , is he entitled to get cash for all the leave balance?
3. Please provide if you know the related articles for this clarification in kuwait labour law.

1. Indemnity only from your sponsor 2. As per law sponosr must agree to carry over your leave and encashment if it is pending for 2 yrs. More than that, you will get nothing. 3. Article 72
