I spoke to the customer service of Zain, what the guy suggested if the line is not expired and you have credit in your phone send "V1" to 999 to get 1 month validity. 1KD will be deduct from your balance. Similar "V3" to get 3 months validity at K.D. 2.750 and "V6" to get 6months validity at K.D. 5. There is no other solution. Or change to post paid.

The best solution at the moment is, porting the number to Zain and availing their Validity extension service which costs 5kd for 6 months.
Good for those who use their mobile less for outgoing calls.
