dear all,

my office friend has just received masters degree certificate from university in USA and she has not yet attested the same.the other day she received a call from the embassy of kuwait in washington and from university that she should attest the document else she will be holding a fake degree in kuwat for which the embassy will black list her from gcc country.Also compels her to pay a hefty amount to do the procedure.

Can anyone advice on the above
