GCC Ban

I am Manu prasad i am working here as a software engineer. My wife she is working in uae. I am planing to move to uae . As the reason as my company will not cancel my visa i am planing to go uae without cancelling visa. some of them telling if I am not present in kuwait for 6 month my visa will delete automatically and also no issue for uae visa even if the kuwait visa is exist and someone telling new rule is arived in kuwait..that a gcc ban will happen in the case where we are going to india or any country without proper cancellation of existing kuwait Visa. Please help me..I am going for vacation and thereby going to uae ..please give me valuable suggestion

GCC ban will be effective only if there is an absconding case against you.

Whoever has told you about GCC ban they are absolutely right...
Now you have to cancel your residence as per the proper channel and obtain NOC to work without any hassle in other GCC country .
you will definitely face a ban if you dont follow these rules.
you better inquire again with your Mandoop or any known people.

Mr. Prasad,

Go through proper channel. Cancel and Go, if not there will be a BUG.

Even when your Kuwait residency is valid, you can obtain another GCC residency. Many consultants are maintaining Kuwait and UAE residence permit same time. There is nothing you need to worry.
