I normally carry the certificate from the doctor that he's treating me and has given homeo medicines for me. So far no one has checked.

Would 6 months of HOMEO medicines be allowed? I don't have the medicine bill as the HOMEO doctor mixed all the medicines and provided me together with consultation. I will take print of bank transfer to his clinic.

Hiho
Homeopathy practice is illegal in Kuwait, and so too are homeopathic medicines. So don't count on the doctor's prescription. But since there is no checking, it normally escapes detection. But the risk is there all the same.

I bring medicines with out any problem. Now in homeo also they have changed the tabs. Better to bring it for two months and then you can get it through somebody else comes. Don't keep these medicines for long as it will evaporate and loose it capacity. That is the reason the doctors give the medicine for two weeks only.

Hi,
It purely depends on your luck at the immigration counter at the exit. abt an year ago, i had gone through the same. brought the Homeopathy medicines twice, however the second time i was asked to open the luggage and they screened it. since the volume was more ( for 6 months) they confiscated it and gave me a paper to clear it from the dept of medicine. here are the steps,
The paper has to be taken to the cargo section of the airport and submit there for inspection. if you are able to convince them that these are medicines prescribed by the doctor or if u can catch hold of someone known, then they can release it. if not it goes to the next level, they will give 1 sample of the medicines to you along with a paper to go the "Dept of Medicines (ayurvedic/Homepathy division) in Sabah Hospital area. Go there and ask the secretary abt the procedure. Try to get hold of some indians there so that they are aware of the medicines. ( in my case i was lucky enough that i had an very helpful Indian lady who knew abt the medicine and didnt require to go through the tests/procedures. or otherwise it will go through their set of test procedures which should confirm the standards.
They will give your a paper, and you can go to the same place after 10 days and it will be ready to be collected if all is approved.
so the over all process is abt 1 month if you need to go thru the above procedure.
Good luck with that.
