@Jolly Roger, my residence is still in 1st company and they are ok with any competitor. The problem is only for the 2nd company where I worked for 1 month.

Sameer, please talk to a lawyer and get a legal opinion.
Things in your favor: You have not yet transferred your residency You are in probation
Things against you: You have signed a contract with the second company, a copy of which they can produce in their argument
since you have worked one month, there could be emails, attendance punching, if such a system exists in the second company and more importantly, if they had transferred salary to your bank account for the one month that you worked
You would therefore need to consult a lawyer and then approach your second company to convince them to abstain from taking any action against you

Your residence is still in 1st company , then No Problem .No need any documents or nothing from 2nd company.
You can resign any time ( no need 90 days notice period)
