recently NCLT( National Company Law Tribunal) has declared JAYPEE INFRATECH LTD as Insolvent Company. will given two weeks (til August 24) to raise claims related to their investment in the Jaypee projects..Any recovery proceedings against the company will now remain stayed or transferred to NCLT until the restructuring exercise is complete. All orders of compensation against the company will also be dealt by NCLT. Any claim in any other court will also be dealt by NCLT .In case the turnaround doesn’t happen, the company’s assets will be liquidated and sold to recover the money. The amount will first be distributed among secured creditors such as banks and the remaining amount will be passed on to the unsecured creditors who are the homebuyers or others like contractors. Homebuyers should know that while they cannot file cases in courts for recovery this means home buyers money will be lost

very bad news for home buyers all over india . most of all builders become bankrupt. no body knows where they sent investors money.
starting from sahara millions of people lost their hard earn money . silverteck . amrapally jaypee infrateck all these big builders / company become defaulters . all home buyers are crying now .. as per insonecy act home buyers chance of getting money back is will be deam only . . no body should invest in contruction link schemes . .
