You are an ass Kavitha......whether using google or non google....who would take 4th Ring road from Salmiya and that too in the mornings?
Either you would use 5th ring road or take the gulf road.

I had checked Google maps in the morning and saw +20mins extra due to block or accident on 40 road to Kuwait city. So it was infact updated.

It was not a block at 40 road. From Amman round about to fire station signal it took 20 minutes and the google map showed total travelling time from salmiya to City 19 minutes. 40 road was moving ok.

I am not new in Kuwait and I know the roads. My argument is why did google mislead me

Goto be pretty naïve to take 4 and 40 to city in the mornings. If u take 4 take 30. else use gulf road or 5 + 40 .

Today also they showed 22 minutes in the navigator via 4-40 but I took a different route and I reached in 20 minutes but to confirm I asked my friend to take 4-40 and it took him 45 minutes. So it is totally wrong what they are showing in the map. How can we trust google now?? who is responsible for the consequences by following their prediction? How can we take action against it? please share

I don't think it is handled manually. It is detected by satellite and report automatically. So the issue is with the satellite in detecting the traffic.
