Transfer from 18 to family visa

hello
I have my wife as my dependent visa earlier and she changed her visa to 18 and working for last 8 years. Now she is going to resign and wants to transfer the residence to my sponsorship. I have her previous passports where she was my dependent. Now the problem is that I don't have the marriage certificate. My salary is around 2000/- . age is above 50, will they transfer her residence to mine without marriage certificate. My passport and her passport shows spouse name. Whats the solution? please help.

1.Make document for Tansfer from Article 18 to 22 from typing center.
2.Another Document for Akama transfer (form)Take the signature and stamp of Current Kafeel (Wife Comapny).Then go to Farwaniya Immigration Department (Dajeej).First Floor General Manager Secretory section you will find submit your request for transfer from 18 to 22.They will give NOC letter for transfer after three working days .Then take this letter go to Shawon Department in Sharq ,Backside Sharq Fire Department .It is better you will request to mandoob (Wife company).He will guide you .He will take some fees may be .
