I'm not an expert, but If I'm correct, there are people who treat such conditions. They are called DOCTORS. They can be found in certain buildings called CLINICS and sometimes even in HOSPITALS. Kindly get yourself checked by them, rather than putting your illnesses on IIK forum as it won't benefit you in any way, unless there is a doctor willing to treat you/give you advice for free, on a public forum.

As Chinkey said... Only Doctors can find out the exact reason for Astma. If you are 18+ consult Doctor immediately but avoid homeopathic. May be it is not curable completely but Doctor will suggest you to how to avoid the strokes

Hi bro habeeb try to keep your inhaler always with you...I too suffered with this asthmatic allergy but only here in kuwait...while I’m in India during vocation I’m feeling alright over there...I think it’s because of Ac or dust may be...what I did is I started to take regularly dried figs 2 pcs in the night times after dinner...Masha allah Then after 1-2 months I felt alright...im not saying this is the cure for asthma...but in my experience I got relieved through this concept...slowly slowly my usage of inhaler was got reduced and now I’m feeling alright alhamdhulillah...also you can google the benefits of dried figs...actually i found its very good for lungs and keeps it healthier...if you smoke stop it immediately!....if You want to share your feeling you can call me on 96667814 during 2-4 pm...I know the pain so I’m sharing my experience...and one more thing try to avoid any cooked foods in the breakfast...try to drink enough water in the empty stomach and only have 1 or 2 bananas in the breakfast...

I was asthmatic earlier. following things helped me:
1) I identified what was the trigger point, for me it was climate change 2) I started taking paste of turmeric powder + honey half spoon twice a day 3) I started taking anti-histamine (cetirizine) its an anti-allergic tablet whenever I feel that I am feeling little uncomfortable with regard to breathing or soar throat or mucus in chest. 4) I started doing exercise as I realized all this was happening bcoz of my low immune power. Exercise, yoga, proper diet boosts your immune power. 5) I started drinking lots of water.
NOW, I am alright, I am enjoying my routines, feeling fresh and energetic.
Hope you get better.
God bless you.

I use to get asthama only if I eat excess oily food like biryani etc.. And also moisture in weather during rainy season. I switched to corn oil (kuwait flour mill's dalal corn oil) . If you are obese reduce your weight, get one tread mill.
