Civil ID nember related query

posted by Milind Musale

Hello Friends,
I have worked in Kuwait from period 2011 to 2016. I have cam again in October 2017. My issue is, the civil ID number (this time my company has stamped) is not the same as my last tenure. Please guide me how to get the same OLD civil ID number. Fortunately, I have license (valid till 2022) on old Civil ID number. This is the reason, i want my old civil ID number again. Kindly let me know the procedure.
Thanks,
Milind Musale

Even i had the same problem..

1. Make sure you have a copy of your old civil id, License (which has the old original Civil ID number).
2. Go to PACI office at Surra, first floor in certification dept.. Tell that u need the "to whomsoever it may concern certificate" for 2 civil id numbers..
3. They will enter ur civil ID number and based on your Name and DOB, all ur previous details will be available to them. they will give a certificate stating both ur civil ID numbers and verify that both belong to you. Fee 1 KD. payable only through KNET.
4. Take this certificate and Provide a copy of your old civil ID, New Civil ID, License etc to ur company Mandoop (or Admin Dept) and tell that u need a new Civil ID with the Original number and request him personally.
5. Once ur Mandoob applies for a new civil ID, u should get it in a week.

@Tingo :Are you that Stupid?

@Sid Abhi - Want to talk about English?
Let's take a look at your sentence, shall we?

Your sentence - " @tingu - it shud be "Which cam you *HAD in October" ? "

What It should actually be, considering that you're correcting my English:-
@ *Tingu (it's a noun, so starting letter should be capital) - *It (starting letter of a sentence should be capital) *should (that's the actual spelling of should) be "Which cam you *HAD in October?" (Question mark comes inside the double quotation.
Before correcting anyone's English, please see if your English is correct first.
I Didn't make a mistake, I only framed the question based on how it was written.
Jeez.

@Milind - No offence, was a bit bored at work. I'm pretty sure that one sentence did you no harm.

@Taj - You called me "TIngo" When it clearly says Tingu in 3 different places. Even the others have got it right. You tell me who's stupid now.

hi Milind, pls update your status on ID ..i think they have issued you another civil ID number because u had come in new passport . so with new passport number for new visa your entry is considered as new....since your old residency is cancelled i think your DL is not valid anymore...please don drive till its solved as law is strict and when they check ur current license number it will show no valid residency and you will be in trouble,.....

@tingu - u dint make a mistake ??? do u even know what grammar is ?? u used a present tense to refer to an event that happened in the past.. TENSE matters...

@ Mohammed : Thanks for your advise. I am still waiting to get my residency gets stamped. I came to know about my Civil ID (new number) through my work permit. You are right, I have renewed my passport, Considering this fact Civil ID might have changed. I will wait till I receive new Civil ID, try to get old no as commented by Sid Abhi (above first comment).Once approved, than only I will start driving. Thanks again !
