Ramadan Dish- Mutton Biriyani

Ingredients...

1. Rice [as per need, boiled] keep aside
2. Mutton [cooked with salt, turmeric, pepper]
3. Onion [2, chopped]
4. Ginger Garlic paste
5. Salt [as per need]
6. All spices
7. Chili powder
8. Mutton masala
9. Oil [as per need]
10. Coriander powder

Preparation...

Take a pan and add or pour the oil. After heating, put all spices (mostly 3-4 spices each). Then add all the powders 1 ½ tbsp. each, after putting chopped onion. Then mix well after mixing for 1 min , add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp. mix well then put the lid and let it get steamed for 10 min. Now add rice to the gravy and steam it for 15 min. lastly, add the cooked mutton, layer by layer then put a pinch of salt and stir well.
