I have been sending money through various exchange companies, till i came across Muzaini Exchange, as per my experience they are by far the best for INR rates, you dont even have to ask for a special rate as the rates on any given day beats most exchanges by 20 - 30 fills if not more, their service to is pretty decent. A lot of my family, colleagues and friends too use Al Muzaini and no one had any service delays or issues with them. Good Luck Muzaini, hope i am the lucky winner at the next draw :)

I have been dealing with Al Muzaini since decades and almost always their rate is 15 to 20 fils less than the other exchanges. I agree with DSK that their service is not up to the mark. if you go for 1000 Rs or 1 million Rs transaction the treatment will be same. Al Muzaini staff behave like govornment employees. Rather than spending hefty amount for adv & promotion, let them first train their employees on how to deal with customers in a highly competitive market. As a customer, I feel the only advantage of Al Muzaini is their 'BEST RATE'.

THIS IS TRUE BUT DIFFERENCE IS NOT MUCH WHEN COMPARE WITH OTHER EXCHANGES...THEIR RATE IS ALWAYS IN 4 DIGITS LIKE .0061389 AND OTHERS ARE GIVING LIKE .00614 AND THE DIFFERENCE IS ONLY .200 FILES FOR A LAKH, BUT THEIR SERVICE IS VERY BAD, WILL TAKE NEARLY 30 MINUTES TO COME OUT FROM THE BRANCH AFTER SERVICE AND DELAY IN DELIVERY.

This is one of the best money exchanges I have seen in Kuwait. The rate they give for INR is better than others. Wishing all the very best to Al Muzaini exchange.
