Karisma Kapoor, who is returning to Bollywood with Dangerous Ishhq (she dislikes the term ‘comeback’), in a poignant reminder of her own life, perhaps, spoke about how fraught with danger real love is in life.
Looking dropdead gorgeous, the former screen 'Sexy, Sexy, Sexy' actress dismissed all talks that she had disappeared from Bollywood, instead preferring to discuss her forthcoming film and how love sometimes hits the rocks.
“Love definitely attracts one and all. It’s such a beautiful feeling that you are bound to fall in it. But, then what lies in store for you in terms happiness and sorrow completely depends on your destiny,” said Karisma. She believes in karma herself. It's actually past life's karmas that decide your fate in present life,” she added.
Karisma was keen to clear the air about the controversies related to her first look in Ishhq which, some people unkindly said, bore an uncanny resemblance to Angelina Jolie’s look at the Oscars.
“Well, we shot it much before the Oscars,” is all Karisma said in her own defence. To which director of DI, Mukesh Bhatt, added, “I fail to understand why Karisma’s look is being compared to Angelina when the same red evening gown has been worn by yesteryear actresses like Helen and many more.” |
