10 hours with a great man : Dr. Biswaroop's Memory Seminar - an unforgettable event
Posted on 5/8/2012
There is no exaggeration in saying that an excited audience of 500 were carried away by a 10-hour seminar by Dr. Biswaroop on 29 and 30 April 2012 in Kuwait. The themes of the seminar were “Memory Management” and “How to live a Healthy Life”. An engineer by profession and holder of 2 Guinness records to his credit, this exuberant gentleman did not spare a single moment during these 10 hours for talking about something which is not worth listening. The fully packed auditorium needed no volunteers to maintain discipline apparently due to the rich content of the topics which were well explained and well delivered with the help of cartoon animation. He was accompanied by his beloved wife – another Guinness Record Holder - “The Walking Dictionary”. Dr. Biswaroop proved to be an amalgamation of a well-informed doctor, an effective psychologist, a talented teacher and a brave hero; yet transcends everyone with his remarkable intelligence and wisdom.

Memory Management
He made us believe the unbelievable facts and unearth the hidden treasures of our mind by actively involving ourselves in memory techniques. It was the most instructive experience as he overwhelmed everyone by his spirit of dynamism and enthusiasm in sharing the interesting techniques of Association and Visualization. These techniques proved to be equally appealing to the young and the old. Who on earth is not interested in a simple technique through which one can improve his memory? Which student on earth does not want to adopt these techniques? Hats off to Dr. Biswaroop.

How to Live a Healthy Life
The inquisitive man started his journey from the Stone-Age. He tamed the Great Science to dance to his tunes. He flew in supersonic jets, made skyscrapers and learnt to make nuclear bombs. As the journey continued, he visited the moon on the way and is now passing through the E-World – the relentless journey continues through the infinite universe towards Mars. While the development of science and technology polluted the planet, struggle for better existence and personal gains polluted and poisoned everything around us. The resultant busy life schedule forced him to “drive thru” to the fast food restaurants and live an unhealthy life style against the rule of nature.

As these achievements added credits, he inadvertently forgot to keep his body safe from deadly diseases like cancer.

At this juncture, Dr. Biswaroop and the seminar have its importance. He spoke consistently ; each and every claim was supported by research findings by authoritative international bodies including World Health Organization.

“Sugar and Milk take the positions Terrorists No. 1 and 2 followed by coffee, refined cereal and table salt. Human body is adapted to the intake of natural food. Sugar can penetrate even through the fattest cell membrane and can cause more than 150 diseases. Loads of calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium is required to digest the refined sugar and they have to be stolen from various parts of the body. Consequently the body falls short of these vital elements” he explained to the audience with supporting evidences. He went on with a firm voice: “Every mammal’s milk is intended for its young ones only. During infancy body has certain enzymes which help in the digestion of milk but with age those enzymes become inactive and as a result some components of milk get glued to various parts of the digestive system resulting in overall blockage of most of the body systems”

As the well-disciplined crowd listened to these undesirable facts with a sigh, he went on and presented an amazing panacea “Wheat Grass Juice”. He literally brought to the stage live green wheatgrass grown in a tray. He himself made its juice in a specially made juicer and gave to some of the audience. He demonstrated the simple method of growing wheat grass in our balconies. He claims that wheat grass contains 92 of the 102 minerals; vitamins in abundance, essential fatty acids, 80 different enzymes etc. Nutritive value of 15 kg of wheat grass juice is equivalent to 350 kgs. of the choicest vegetables. “Daily intake of a glass of wheat grass along with a healthy diet keeps away all diseases, including cancer” – he asserted with a firm voice. “Science can repair something which it has created; Science cannot repair a thing which it has not created” he continued. He showed little repentance in criticizing the multi-billion dollar fast food companies which sell food with a taste enhancing agent called MSG which is responsible for more than 90% of diseases including cancer and diabetes. He pointed out that many celebrities and world leaders take this wheat grass juice daily : Bill Clinton, Backstreet Boys, Kate Moss, Elizabeth Hurley, Lance Armstrong – to name a few. He explained about a Super Speciality Home Hospital at a cost of IRs. 10,000 which cannot be detailed here due to space limitation.

However, it needs strong determination to take a sharp U-turn from what we are used to. The first thing I did after the seminar was to put in place a complete boycott on sugar, milk, table salt, coffee and oil in my kitchen. Arrangements are underway to grow the wheatgrass on my balcony. Complete independence from these items is unbearable. However, patience and endurance pay back. Which is better ? … Having chemotherapy, lifelong kidney dialysis or open heart surgery? “Wheatgrass juice” is the answer. Everybody has patience and endurance if it needs to be like that. An airborne, wealthy arrogant high profile VIP behaves very patiently to the orders of a hijacker.

The seminar gave golden guidelines to all those who wish to improve their memory and live a healthy life. For me, I adopted a strong resolution to follow Dr. Biswaroop’s footsteps.

On daily basis our body needs following things. Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, Aminoacids, fibure, carbohydrates and lot of water. If from our food these things are met then we are healthy otherwise not. So kindly look and analyse that whether on daily basis we are taking food from which our body is getting above things. Take lot of water water as cleaning of our body is through urination only. So if u want to be healthy please eat protenious, vitaminous food and take a lot of water. AVOID FAST FOOD

It is evident that the author is talking about "refined sugar". Sugar plays an important role in the growth and development of the body, however, it is sugar in its natural form as in fruits and honey and not the 'refined sugar'

It seems a nice informative seminar. But i dont know if he is a medical doctor as this article mention milk as enemy and sugar too .And the information that when sugar enter cell it can lead to 150 diseases,i think there seems misinformation somewhere and lets not mix human physiology & biochemistry with emotions.Sugar in the form of glucose is required by each cell of our body for work(metabolism through ATP/ADP) otherwise we die.Hence we need to be medically correct to propagate such informations to general public.None of the food items are dangerous until in excess and every human has certain basic requirements to survive which include protein , carbohydrate & fat with minerals so lets practice healthy habits for keeping fit.kindly also provide the authenticated sources of informations claimed .

Thanks for the well written report. When he was here in Kuwait, suggested to hold this class on Friday instead of Saturday to join more interested people but even this time, the organizers didn't do that. As every one well aware, most of the companies are working on Saturday and hence, if there is any plan to bring him next time, kindly requested to make this class on Friday. Thanks and best regards,

A well explained article including some health issues to be taken care of which most of us are not aware of.....Thank you very much Mr. James for writing such a wonderful article and sharing your experience with others who unfortunately missed the event.
In a world where people are getting selfish day by day and keeping information themselves, there are are very few like Mr. James who care to share.

Two of my children who attended the seminar have the same great opinion about Dr Biswaroop as Mr.James has mentioned in his article.
Mr.James has written to the point without exaggerating anything, in a very impressive style.
