Is Money Everything?

Is money everything I ask myself this question a hundred times a day, and what comes back to me is it’s not one of the only things. And That’s how I would start my day happy and everything but then when I would go out shopping or hangouts with my friends I would curse of the fact that why am I not rich or why wasn’t I born in a rich family or is this God’s way of punishing me for the sins I might have committed in my past life. And then when I got back home ,you I come from a middle class family and hence at times it gets difficult to get what I need and what I wish but instead I would cry for what I did not get and not care of the things that I would have until I realized that money isn’t everything it’s the fact that we have love for one another or the small things we do for each other is what one must appreciate and one must admire and be content with but then again are we really being practical with such thinking one might ask and that’s what most of us teenagers do think but hey I have got something for you’ll we have the money but we just don’t know how to use it and where to use it or how much to use, and that my friends is the ugly truth of most of us teenagers we feel that PS3 or a Prada bag or shoes from H & M and clothes from Red Tag are the only important things in our lives granted that it is cause I too am a teenager but are we to spend so much on it that we loose track of what we buy so what if my friend is richer than me or can buy better things than me but those are not true friends true friends are those who except you for who you are and where you come and with regards to what any ordinary person is to say to you well I live by 2 rules with that case is never judge a book by its cover and the other why should I care of what people think I am happy the way I am cause God made each one of us different and believe me guys he makes no mistakes who yeah finally when we come back to the money issue I for one feel it’s not everything you can expect from life even though we live in the 21st century which I would term as the most expensive century as far as I am concerned with it, it’s the little things that one must count and sew them all up into the most beautiful life one can ever have.

As editor of the articles on IIK Young Reporters I have the following comments to offer
1. The articles for IIK Young Reporters are written from the perspective of children.
As long as they do not carry any offensive language and any offensive matter, it is good we let them express as much as they can.
2. The author of this article wants to express his intention as money is important but so are the little things that bond us people together. Money is not everything means just this and in no way demeans the value of the money itself nor its important role in our lives.

Money is tool just like any other thing needed in life. Only its important where you invest it in, is it your education or property or simply trees or children, they should grow back and give you returns and fruit for your labor. Easy to make money but very difficult to spend it on the right required reasons. Hard work pays back, No work without Play, Do your 50percent and God will do the rest.

Jovi,
Your subject is good. Lots can be written. But it seems you could not express explicitly. You had many things to say but could not express precisely. One of the main things you faltered is you didnt use simple and short meaningful sentences. Instead you just kept going and going in one long article without stops, telling your story, but being unclear in thoughts. It would have been better if you say each thought in separate sentences then weaving each part meticulously presenting your picture perfectly. Your article had lots of material to say but you said it unclear. Sorry for being critical. I hope you will take it positively and improve in your next story. Remember practice makes man perfect. Keep writing and you will become perfect. Good luck.

MR JOVI HAS ATTEMPTED WELL BUT NOT ABLE TO EXPRESS HIMSELF OR THE SUBJECT PROPERLY. MONEY IS MONEY NOW ONE CANNOT SAY I DONT NEED IT WHICH WILL NOT BE CORRECT. YOU NEED MONEY AND EVERYBODY NEED MONEY BUT HOW MUCH THAT ONE HAS TO DECIDE AS MANY PEOPLE DO HAVE LESS MONEY BUT LEADING HAPPIER LIFE THAN THE PEOPLE WHO ARE HAVING MORE MONEY. Your artical is a very common artical. It is written in very confued state of mind. It will be as you are very young. As you are still in the learning stage learn the basics of life. What the goal is. Only one thing I would say is dont fall prey to the senses because that is what differentiates us from the animals.
