The highlight of this year program, a quiz master Mr.Raghavendra Hegde was flown in from India. Dr.Azad and his daughter team won the quiz contest.
Children of the Koota excelled in debates, extemporary speeches on various general topics connected with current events. Ladies of the Koota excelled in Rangoli competition and vegetable carving. It was a sight to watch some wonderful vegetable carving done with so much of enthusiasm.
All the activities were conducted by Marala Mallige committee with Mr.Suresh Neramballi as the convener of the committee. The executive committee headed by Dr.Surendra Nayak took extra efforts in bringing the quiz master from India exclusively for this function.
All in all, it was a glittering colorful function with so many talents coming out of our children and as well as elder members of the Koota. We thank the Marala Mallige committee and the executive committee for providing a whole some program with knowledge and entertainment.
