M. Karunanidhi Applauds the work of Frontliners Kuwait |

“Nenjil Niraintha VKN”, a book -written by N.C.Mohandoss from Manimekali Pirasuram , about the life of Mr.VKN, so that the benevolent and altruistic nature of VKN is highlighted to others in the society and set before them as an example to be emulated.
This book about VKN was released by former Tamilnadu C.M Dr.Kalaignar M.Karunanidhi himself at his house in the presence of the writer N.C.Mohndoss, Ravi Tamilvanan and a host of dignitaries and was received by DK .Veeramani.
People amass money by various ways and means. Most of them use their wealth to enrich their own life-style, status, comfort and financial standing.
But VKN, head of the reputed VKN Group in Trichy, has earned a special place among the few noble people who believe and act with the principle that their income and savings should be used to benefit all people around them.VKN group stands foremost among the ancillary industries of BHEL, Trichy. In addition to taking good care of all its employees, VKN voluntarily spends crores of rupees each year to provide for education, healthcare, drinking water, marriage expenses and other basic needs of needy people in Southern districts.
N.C.Mohandoss , founder and co-ordinator of Frontliners association, Kuwait mentioned the details of the welfare activities undertaken by Frontliners, ranging from co-ordinating with Embassy of India, Kuwait to assist stranded workers in Kuwait and for assisting orphanages, needy students and poor people for their healthcare etc., in India.
Kalaignar listened to the details keenly and lauded the efforts of Frontliners in extending a helping hand from across the shore to their brethrens in India. He praised the members of FRONTLINERS and conveyed his best wishes, urging them to continue their good work. |
