Rahul Gandhi shares the concerns of distressed Indians
Posted on 6/8/2012
It was a reviving moment for those who are otherwise struggling to meet both ends of their life. The visit of Rahul Gandhi, to share the concerns of the destitute whose dreams are all shattered and are waiting for their destiny, was a touching moment.

More than 60 Indian ladies in Kuwait met Rahul Gandhi with the help of the Embassy of India during his short visit to Kuwait. They shared their concerns and agony with Rahul Gandhi who was humble enough to listen to them. With the help of accompanying Indian Embassy officials, Rahul talked to the ladies in their mother tongue.

When inquired about their arrivals to Kuwait the destitute told Rahul that many of them were the victims of false promises made by the middle men and fake recruitment agencies and many had got duped after reaching Kuwait. Rahul Gandhi spent his valuable time eagerly listening to all of them.

Rahul Gandhi reminded them about the need to obey the law and order of the host country. Same time he also promised them that he will look into all the possibilities of solving the issues faced by them. Rahul Gandhi was accompanied by Indian Ambassador to Kuwait Satish C Mehta and Indian Embassy First Secretary Vidhu P Nair.

After completing the three day visit, Rahul Gandhi left Kuwait on Friday morning.

Was this Rajeev or Rahu…? Abraham Saji Kindly specify this then only "spikz" and his family will be routing (Voting) for him to be the next PM. He just came to enjoy . Prathibha Patil is spending so much in her foreign tours why then this young guy will stay back in India. Some sources said his AC in Delhi got spoiled for three days so he came here to stay in Kuwait as all know there are no power cuts in Kuwait. Log live Prathibha Patil Long Live Rajeev/ Rahul Gandhi .. If they live longer what will happen to Indians tax payers.. Let’s be positive…

At least there is some initiative from Rahul which is commendable. How far he will go for the plight of these destitutes will show his real character.

If he somehow manages to make the Kuwait / Indian govt. do something for these people. Me or my family members will surely be routing for him to be the next PM.

HEARING THE DISTRESSED AND PROMISING TO DO SOMETHING IS DONE BY AL POLITICIANS, BUT TAKING ACTION ON THE SAME IS DONE BY FEW,I HOPE RAHUL GANDHI IS ONE OF THEM WHO REALLY DOES SOMETHING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. THERE CAN BE SOME STRICT POLICIES IMPLEMENTED FOR AGENTS IN INDIA,WHERE PAYMENTS FOR CERTAIN POSITIONS SHOULD BE SET AS A LIMIT WHERE RECIEPT OF THE SAME SHOULD BE GIVEN IN RETURN,THERE SHOULD BE IMPRISONMENT FOR THOSE WHO CHEAT,THERE SHOULD BE A MIDDLE GOVERNMENT OFFICE WHERE ALL FEES ARE DEPOSITED AND UNLESS THERE IS CONFIRMATION BY PROPER INVESTIGATION OVERSEAS THE PAYMENT SHOULD NOT BE RELEASED TO THE AGENTS.THUS I HOPE THERE WILL BE SOME CONTROL ON THIS SITUATION. ALL THE BEST MR.RAHUL GANDHI...!

ALL THE BEST RAHUL GANDHI, FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE DESTITUTE ONES, IN THIS FOREIGN LAND.
I WONDER THE EMBASSY ( WEAKEST AMOUNT ALL NATIONS FOR ITS REPRESENTATION OF THE PEOPLE ) HAS ITS OWN POWER TO CONDUT A STUDY OF EACH EMPLOYED IN THIS COUNTRY TO KNOW IF THER SALARIES ARE PAID, AND THERE IS ANY PROBLEMS THEY FACE BY SPONSER OR FAMILIES ABROAD, OR THE LEAGAL ISSUES IN BOTH THE COUNTRIES.

Good the Indian Embassy have a few good people. Let God help them in their conscious endeavours. At the same time Rajiv Gandhi should take actions through the govt to stop this lucrative trade.
