Principal Premkumar conducted an in-house workshop for the secondary school teachers on 16th June 2012. Teachers from classes 5 - 10 attended the program. Over 50 participants attended the session and benefitted. The workshop aimed at conveying to the vibrant staff of IES that "Creativity is a skill that can be taught". Teachers were enlightened by the Principal on the use of Frayer's Model and Wordle as two fantastic tools that can be used to induce creativity in classroom teaching. Teachers actively involved in the proceedings and presented concepts from their field of specialization and felt enriched at the end of the session.
