29 June 2012 was a "Landmark" day in not only the short history of TACK but also the history of cricket in Kuwait. It was for the very 1st time that a T-20 domestic Cricket tournament final was played in Kuwait under flood lights.

The TACK Division League ( TDL) 4th Edition kick started in February'12 and after some very hard fought matches the tournament ended on 29th June 2012 with 3 finals played out each from Division A, B and C. The finals were witnessed by a loud massive crowd that only built up as the day progressed and it varied from former cricketers to the present ones and from families to friends, a sight that has become increasingly common during TACK tournaments. In what has become the trademark of TACK, the finals featured some exciting cricket with all the usual arrangements done by the TACK committee like refreshments, 3rd umpire services, photography and videography for all the 3 finals.

TACK has become renowned for its innovative ideas and creativity and so for the very first time introduced cricket under lights in Kuwait. The action started early morning with the Division C finals between South Super Kings and AL NISIF CC which South Super Kings won by 5 wickets after a well fought out game. The second finals ( Division B) were played between Expit CC & Skylark from Division B which was won by Expit C.C by chasing a stiff target of 192 runs. This was followed by mega event - Division A finals between Aroma & Safety plus dashers which was played out in the evening and won comprehensively by Safety Plus Dashers by a good margin of 94 runs.

The finals of TACK was well attended by the dignitaries and the sponsors of the tournament. This included Mr. Mohammad Ashraf - President / Aroma & Safari General Trading Company, Mr.Mahmoud Abdullah (Platinum Sponsor of all TACK tournaments since its inception), Mr.Nabeel Dana, Mr. Mohammad Sarwar - Gen Secretary KOC Cricket Committee, Mr. Dutta (Member, KOC cricket committee).

As part of honoring past cricketers who have contributed towards this wonderful game in Kuwait, TACK recognized them with a life time achievement award. Mr. Shivi Basin (Indian Community), Mr. Abdul Razaq (Pakistani Community), & Mr. T. Ravi Fernando (Sri Lankan Community) were the three people chosen unanimously by TACK committee. The honorable guests also appreciated the efforts and hard work of TACK which was evident through out the day.

The significant impact, however, was made by the technology of "Third Umpire" & "The Flood Lights" adopted and implemented by the TACK committee. The matches were broadcasted live on the website of TACK www.tac-kuwait.com and as per the stats around 800 viewers watched the game online from Kuwait and abroad which is still quite a substantial number in a country who's first love is football.

The entire TDL- Edition 4 saw the participation from top 36 teams in Kuwait who were accordingly divided into A, B , and C divisions depending on their last years performance and their overall ranking in other various tournaments in Kuwait. A total of 220 matches were played in as less as four months that had a prize money for each and every man of the match. More importantly, with the immense support of Mr. Mahmoud Abdullah, However, the highlight of the season so far has been the consistent and the professional management of TACK that enabled a regular update of all the scores and analysis on its highly praised website. The dedicated website has all the team profiles along with player's individual profiles and statistics, latest scores, report on every match and the ongoing team standings.
