Burnt Patient Appeals for Help
Posted on 7/9/2012
Fate had different plans for a happily living family of Mr. & Mrs. Yahya Khan, a fatal accident at his work place has turned their life upside down.

Yahya khan hails from the city of Mysore in South India; he has been working in Kuwait for the past few years. He met with a terrible accident when a cylinder blast happened at his work place; he has suffered 60% burns, Yahya Khan was lucky to survive where as one of his colleague died of this accident. He has been in Sabah Hospital for the last three months, he can’t get out of his bed as his legs are severely burnt and will require a lot of time & medication to cure. His wife on the other hand has been struggling to hold ends as she is not earning. The family wants to return to India for further medication & is requesting for help, moreover as he is unable to walk he will require stretchers to travel.

Indian Muslim Association – Youth Wing on hearing this news had visited the hospital and is arranging for their travel back to India. You’re kindly requested to help this distressed family by contributing generously. You can call Mr. Jaleel Ahmed @ 97762407 for further information.

IMA NEVER MIND HE HAD TAKEN ANOTHER JOB WHY BECAUSE HE WAS FORCED TO RESIGN AND NOT FOR ANYTHING ELSE. MOREOVER HE IS AND WAS UNDER THE SPONCERSHIP OF KRH THEREFORE KRH IS STILL THE SPONCER TILL HE HAS NOT TRANSFERRED THE RESIDENCE.SO YOU CAN FILE THE CASE AGAINST THIS COMPANY THRU REPUTED LAWYERS.THIS IS MY ADVICE AND YOU CAN DISCUSS THIS MATTER ALSO WITH EMBASSY OFFICIALS WHO HAVE THEIR OWN LAWYERS TO ASSITS DISTRESSED INDIANS IN KUWAIT

The Problem with Yahya is that he was working for KRH and was forced to resign during the restructuring of the company, he was trying for a another job and in the meantime to keep up with the expenses of his family had taken this JOB. He is still under the sponsorship of KRH as they had given six months time to transfer his residence to the new employer. As per the Laws he will not be entitled for medical benefits. Yahya is legally not supposed to work for this shop where the accident happened.

Nadia Harris, appreciate your commend and sympathy.we human beings are not treated in any course of occasion which is harmful to their survival. "THE JOB MUST GO ON" until we seek a judiciary. it may or may not compensate. averages are "helpless" and bound to continue as far it goes. in my case I have a solution........in my mind.

AS INDIAN MUSLIM ASSOCIATION VISITED THE UNFORTUNATE PERSON SHOULD ALSO VISIT THE COMPANY AND SEEK COMPENSATION FROM THEM. AS A EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY HE HAS RIGHTS TO CLAIM LOST SALARIES,HOSPITALIZATION, AND EVEN FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. APART FROM THIS ANY INDIVIDUAL WOULD LIKE TO ASSIST PLS COME FORWARD AFTER ALL HE IS OUR INDIAN BROTHER OFCOURSE NO FORCE BUT IF YOU FEEL LIKE GIVING ASSISTANCE IN ANYWAY PLS DO.IF THE COMPANY IS NOT WILLING THAN PLS INDIAN MUSLIM ASSOCIATION TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH MINISTRY OF LABOUR AS INDIVIDUAL PERSON CANNOT TAKE UP THE MATTER THAN ASSOCIATION SHOULD DO TAKE UP

As per the kuwait law if he been injured at work, he should get the insurance money and the flight ticket and money from his company. He must claim that money because he might not come back but definately he require money for his living.

Why on earth are these company's allowed to treat their employees like this. This man was injured at work what say his boss about his current situation? No medical? No assistant for his family? If you all keep on taking this ungodly treatment, things will remain the same. Please stop settling for less you all are worth more than you know in every way. Please stand up for your rights for the sake of yourselves and your children's children. I am living in the US and i was hurt recently, which resulted in 2 herniated disc in my neck and one in my lower back. It's hurts everyday and i am super depressed about it. We have a system here which is called workers compensation, they are the ones who are paying for my doctor bills, MrI's and therapy. If you the people have to work under such dangerous conditions, don't you think a system like this should be available to you as well? I know these companies can afford it so GET UP AND STAND UP FOR YOUR RIGHTS AND IF IT DOES NOT EXSIST QUIT YOUR JOBS AND MAKE THEM WORK FOR THEMSELVES. All over the world immigrants are treated like less than and it hurts my heart to see you all settle for less. The youth which is our future are watching you, so please set a better example for them. You all deserve far more than you've been given. One love One heart One vibration.
