Smoke forces KAC plane to return to Jeddah airport

A technical problem has forced Kuwait-bound KAC plane to return to Jeddah Airport shortly after taking off from the same airport, Head of KAC Public Relations Department Adel Brousli told KUNA Wednesday.

Smoke was detected in the cabin which forced the pilot of KU-786 flight to return back to Jeddah Airport for the safety of passenger and crew, Brousli pointed out.

The KAC official said the flight was canceled and the passengers will be flown to Kuwait on a KU-1712 flight Wednesday.

why kac plying with the life of people.all there flight are the oldest in the world so everybody should avoid this flight because so many uncertainness happing every day so better avoid it before any big thing happen we have lot of other option try that please.

WOw! What more is left to see? Me and my mom swore not to travel with them anymore. I dont mind connecting flights with Emirates but no more Kuwait Airways. I always dreamt of joining KAC as a crew but I think I am in no hurry to die. God bless the passengers and crew of the flights owned by KAC. People will deff. point out death can come anywhere, here I am less concerned about death. When I pay to an airline, I pay them to SAFELY and SMOOTHLY take me from A to B. In no way I want to suffer my flight. When u earn the whole year just to go back to your home country you want to be in a good mood, safe and sound. I give a damn if anyone agrees to it. :) xo
