Several fake companies exposed in Jleeb raids
Posted on 9/20/2012
Inspectors from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor launched a surprise inspection campaign yesterday in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh and Farwaniya that resulted in exposing a large number of fake companies, local daily Kuwait Times reported.

Assistant undersecretary for labor affairs Jamal Al-Doussari said the fake companies were rented offices without any staff working in them. He added that such offices are rented for certain periods in an attempt to circumvent the law until workers are brought from abroad. The “companies” are then closed and open only for inspections, daily added.

“More raids will be conducted all over Kuwait and all legal actions will be taken against violators,” daily reported quoting Doussari. He added the government will prevent violating companies from having any work permits issued for them unless they can prove that the workers actually work for them.

Bogus visa companies should be increased more .At least some people come & try their luck here instead of trying their luck by buying lottery tickets in India.

Rightly commented. Vasta system and Corruption is like Termites (Kind of insect that destroys anything and everything that comes in contact with it !) One corrupt person spreads this poison to all others who do not fear God! And some people fear God, but they also know how to cheat others including God. But they don't know The power of Almighty. They don't know they will be judged for their sins, They don't know where they go after their life on earth comes to an end....and if you think all this in kuwait, you can't live. because everybody is so corrupted....in one way or the other....

Very good step against this matter.Look, all these fake companies may trade visa and all are in kuwait working some other areas/companies.Final result is increasing the number of illegal visa holders after 1 or 2 year they become illegal labours.the Victim They are going to punish. Some body behind curtain may open another companies and trading visas.Ministry has to take right and strong action against the visa traders.

Corruption is so widespread in Kuwait it looks like it will take ages to control it. The fact is that the visa trading has become made every citizen more corrupt than ever. Govt. is handicaped and cannot correct this issue. If any stringent law is implemented by this Govt. then it may be toppled immediately. Same story like India.
