Internationally acclaimed actor Rajit Kapur will be inaugurating Al Mulla Exchange’s Premiere Lounge in Salmiya. Rajit Kapur shot to fame with his portrayal of Mahatma Gandhi in the movie “The Making of the Mahatma”. The venue of the inauguration is Al Mulla Exchange Salmiya in Salem Mubarak Street beside Marina Mall on Thursday, 28th August 2014 at 1:00pm.
The Premiere Lounge, a revolutionary concept brought forward by Al Mulla Exchange looks at providing service par excellence to the crème de la crème customers of Al Mulla Exchange. As Exchange companies around the world are accustomed to high traffic of customers in the branches it is often than not that the discerning customer might not like to step into the crowded branch.
Considering this, Al Mulla Exchange has piloted Premiere Lounges in different parts of Kuwait. The mechanism involves identifying the right customer, having a customized access card printed with their name and having it delivered to the customer. As the name indicates, the Premiere Lounge access is only through invitation by the access card. The facilities that the Premiere Lounge customer will enjoy includes a plush office environment, sit down experience and a tea or coffee being served while the transaction is being done.
Al Mulla Exchange has already opened a Premiere Lounge in the Qurain market area and has received excellent feedback from customers. This has prompted the company to open many more such outlets in different areas.
