Kozhikode District Association, Kuwait organized Shuttle Badminton tournament -2014 in cooperation with Bahra Trading at Bharatiya Vidhya Bhavan, Abbasiya indoor stadium on 7th November 2014.The tournament was inaugurated by Malabar Gold Zonal head Mr.Afsal Khan by striking the shuttle towards I-black Country Head Mr.Abid. The tournament was amazing with the participation of large number of competitors and their excellent talent. The audience was much thrilled to watch the matches due to the tight performance of the players.
The competition category and the winners (1st & 2nd respectively) are as mentioned below.
Men’s Singles: - Shuhoor, Rajeev
Men’s Doubles: - Shabeer –Shuhoor Team, Suneer-Mubeen Team
Women Doubles: - Shyna Priyesh-Aneecha Shyith Team, Jyothi Sivakumar-Thasleena Najeeb Team
Children Singles: - Mohammed Shamil Shabeer, Shammas Shabeer.
