Kuwait Kerala Islahi Centre elected New Office Bearers

Kuwait Kerala Islahi Centre (KKIC) unanimously elected the office bearers for the year 2015, at the annual General Council meeting held in Kuwait. The new committee will be lead by Mr. Abdul Rahman Adakani (President), Mr. Abubaker Vadakkancherry (Vice President), Mr. Abdul Hameed Koduvally (General Secretary) and Mr. Sunil Hamza Nilambur(Finance Secretary). The new Central Committee has been formed from the constellation comprising of Executive members representing 10 KKIC units spread across Kuwait.

This is the second committee subsequent to the dissolving the old KKIC leadership by KNM, because of their anti-organizational activities . This timely intervention and appropriate action by KNM leadership has been well applauded and welcomed in Kuwait.

Assistant Secretaries selected are as follows: Abdul Kareem Aroor(Finance), Abdul Rahman Swalahi(Da’wa), Engr. Jaseer Puthoor Pallikkal (Organising), Abdulla swalahi Karakkunnu (QHLC), Fahad Abdulla Pattelthazham (IT&Public relation); Mohammed Rafeeq Pulikkal(Media); Musthafa Vengali (Hajj & Umra) and Ibrahim Thottarakkal (Education)

In the General council meeting that was convened as a part of election, Mr. Hameed Koduvally welcomed the council members and presented the annual report for the activities of previous term. In his report he thanked the well-wishers of various Organisations of Kuwait, for their immense support and co-operation in all Dawa and Social welfare activities promoted by KKIC. The Finance report of the year 2014 was presented by Mr. Aboobakker Vadakkancherry. The Council evaluated and approved the plans of the future activities. It was decided to undertake all the Campaigns which are being launched by KNM time to time and to arrange visits of KNM scholars to Kuwait.
