Master Consultant and International Speaker – Paul Rigby – delivers the formula for successfully implementing innovation at the Knowledge Club 2015

After a very successful series of workshops as part of the Knowledge Club, Global Keynote speaker - Mr. Paul Rigby - is back in Kuwait with Leading Innovation – a highly interactive, informative and enlightening workshop that addresses the critical aspect of how to implement innovation within an organization.

The workshop will focus on how to sustain today’s competitive advantage when it is often in direct conflict with what needs to be done to create tomorrow competitive advantage. Paul will refer to numerous practical/actual examples of how companies succeeded and failed in executing their innovative ideas. He will use The Parable “How Stella Saved the Farm” to demonstrate Vijay Govindarajan and Chris Trimbles’ model of Innovation.

During the workshop that will take place on the 13th and 14th of September at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel, participants will learn the disciplined and proven approach of the 6-step model for implementing Innovation which will allow them to become a more agile organizations through improving leadership skills, developing plans to embed innovation into the culture, reducing conflict between the ongoing operations and the innovation engine, and creating a common language and methodology within the organization.
